Tracy is the Managing Director of PM Property Lawyers. Tracy has 17 years of management experience within the legal industry.
Tracy works closely with the senior management team to ensure we have the right systems, policies and procedures to deliver the best service to our clients.
Outside of work, Tracy enjoys looking after her peacocks.
Charlotte Surplice

Charlotte Surplice
Charlotte completed her MA Law and LPC at the University of Sheffield before joining PM in 2009. She is a Solicitor and Licensed Conveyancer and has held roles such as Conveyancing Team Manager, and Senior Legal Support Manager, before becoming Associate Director.
Charlotte oversees supervision, risk management, and the operational and technical performance of the business, ensuring timely legal advice and meeting client expectations.
Away from work, Charlotte loves a shopping spree, cooking, and going for walks with her French bulldog.
Reece Suter

Reece Suter
Reece is a Solicitor and Licensed Conveyancer specialising in the sale and purchase of businesses and commercial premises.
Reece’s primary role is to oversee and supervise its Commercial Property Department, however he also acts for clients directly on more complex and technical matters.
Prior to his current role, Reece has held several senior management positions within the business. He completed his LLB law degree at Sheffield Hallam University and undertook the LPC at the University of Sheffield.
Outside of work, Reece is a food fanatic, enjoying local food festivals and restaurants.
Jack Viney

Jack Viney
Jack started his legal career in 2011 and qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2016. Before joining PM Property Lawyers, Jack worked as a Conveyancing Fee Earner and team leader from 2014 to 2025.
As part of Jack’s role, he is responsible for systems and processes specific to the conveyancing sector across the group. Jack joined the group to provide his knowledge and expertise from a conveyancer’s perspective on the use and development of the systems that we work with to improve working processes and efficiency within conveyancing.
Outside of work, Jack is a keen golfer as well as being a regular attendee at gigs. Jack also does his part for his community having recently done a sky dive in support of the Overgate Hospice in Halifax.

Karen is a senior manager with 20 years of management experience and has been with us since 2016.
Karen is responsible for the new business and administration team. Her main focus is on driving new business and ensuring we deliver a high level of customer service.

Joanne is involved in coaching and mentoring the lawyers and legal assistants in her team in different areas of conveyancing.

Lisa is a Team Leader and has been with us since 2017. She previously helped to run the physiotherapy department in a care home.
Lisa’s job involves supervision of one of the legal teams comprised of Lawyers and Legal Assistants and day to day management of the same ensuring a quality service is provided and KPI’s are met.
Away from work, Lisa is a busy mum to four girls and she also plays the baritone in a brass band.

Michelle has over 30 years of experience working in the conveyancing industry, including as a receptionist, secretary, senior assistant, and fee earner.
Michelle manages a team of conveyancers and assists members within the team to ensure that their work meets the SLAs required of them.
Away from work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family, as well as venturing out abroad.

Kay is a Senior Property Lawyer and has been with us since 2015. She has more than 30 years of experience in conveyancing.
Kay is involved in organising our busy team and also runs a complex caseload of predominantly sale and purchase files but also enjoys working on cases a little out of the ordinary.
Away from work, Kay enjoys socialising, swimming, sewing crafts and discovering new places.

Laura graduated in 2017 with a Law degree and also in 2019 from her Masters and LPC. Laura then qualified as a solicitor in February 2022.
Laura is responsible for various aspects within conveyancing, including, freehold, leasehold, new build, shared ownership and right to buy.
Outside of work, Laura enjoys socialising with friends and family.

His role as a sale property lawyer involves dealing with a caseload of matters from instruction to completion. He deals with title issues, drafting documents and managing the financial side of the transaction. He also assists clients by making the process as simple as possible for them and providing a helping hand at each step of the transaction.

Christopher joined us after graduating with an LLB- First in 2021 and completed his LPC in 2024.
Christopher is responsible for sale and purchase transactions, making sure good communication is kept throughout.

Rusian joined PM in 2017 and started the post team, before working her way up to a sale property lawyer in 2022.
As a sales property lawyer, Rusian works with clients who are selling a property. She handles the legal aspects of the transaction, drafting and reviewing contracts, managing due diligence, and ensuring the transfer is legally secure. She also helps my clients avoid risks to ensure the process runs smoothly.

Alison joined PM in 2025, having worked in property for 20 years, from sales to post-sales to conveyancing. She enjoys helping clients through one of the most expensive purchases they will ever make.
As part of her role, Alison assists the property lawyers throughout the conveyancing process. This speeds up the timescale, and it means I get to form a rapport with the clients as I am in contact with them frequently.

Caitlin received a First Class Honours in LLB Law at Sheffield Hallam University in 2024. Caitlin is also currently undergoing her LLM in Legal practice alongside preparing for her SQE exams and is due to complete this in July 2026.
As part of her role, Caitlin assists Elissa Parkin in the Auction Team working on Modern and Traditional Auctions.
Away from the office, Caitlin enjoys spending time with friends and family as well as going out for food and attending the gym.

In his spare time, Ben enjoys watching football and supports Northampton Town.

Konstantina is responsible for administrating all post-completion procedures, including land registry applications, SDLT tax return submissions, and completing deed returns.

As part of her role, Esme is involved in a range of tasks, including submitting tax returns, dealing with property deeds and performing registration on residential properties. She also liaises with the Land Registry, HMRC and other law firms daily to ensure client interests are protected.

Paul is a father of two and a grandfather of three. In his spare time Paul enjoys following his football team, Liverpool FC.
