Meet The Team

Ruth is part of our Operations team. She completed a BA (Hons) Business and Law degree in 1995 and the Legal Practice Course in 1996.

Ruth covers all areas of conveyancing – Sale, Purchase, Remortgage, Transfer of Equity, New Business, Admin and Post Completion.

Outside of work, Ruth enjoys watching her son play rugby and football. She also enjoys cooking and camping.

Reece is a Solicitor and Licensed Conveyancer, specialising in Commercial & Residential property having gained over 10 years experience. He completed his undergraduate at Sheffield Hallam University and his LPC at Sheffield University.

Primarily, Reece works with commercial clients in respect of the purchase and sale of businesses and commercial premises.

Outside of work, Reece is an food fanatic, embracing local food festivals.

Karen is a Senior Concierge Team Manager for our Property Lawyers. She has been with us since 2016 and has more than 10 years of management experience.

Karen look after our legal assistants and also our Admin team.

Away from work, Karen enjoys spending time with her family.

Kay is a Senior Property Lawyer and has been with us since 2015. She has more than 30 years of experience in conveyancing.

Kay is involved in organising our busy team and also working on cases.

Away from work, Kay enjoys socialising, swimming, sewing crafts and discovering new places.

Hannah is a Senior Property Lawyer and has been a qualified solicitor for 18 months after several years as an assistant.

Hannah is involved in reviewing contract packs and leases, preparing reports to clients, answering enquiries on sales, preparing for completions

Away from work, Hannah teaches yoga.

Amy is a Senior Lawyer in our Transfer of Equity team. Amy joined PM Property Lawyers in 2018 and is currently studying doing a CLC apprenticeship to become a Licensed Conveyancer.

Amy deals with more complex Transfer of Equity and Re-Mortgage cases.

Outside of work, Amy enjoys badminton, yoga, cinema and socialising with friends.

Joanne is a senior conveyancer. Joanne has over 35 years of experience in the legal profession working in various solicitors through the South Yorkshire area.

She is responsible for preparing sale contracts, reviewing purchase contracts, looking at lease provisions, escalating ground rents and service charges.

Outside of work, Joanne enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Christopher is a legal assistant for our Property Lawyers. He joined us after graduating with an LLB- First in 2021 and he is hoping to complete his LPC in 2024.

Christopher helps assist his Property Lawyer in both Sale and Purchase transactions, making sure good communication is kept throughout.

In his spare time, Christopher plays for a 7-a-side football team in Sheffield.

Donna is a Property Lawyer in our conveyancing department. Donna has an LLB in Criminology and Law (Hons).

Donna is involved in all the aspects of conveyancing, dealing with different files on a day to day basis.

Away from work, Donna loves all things motorbikes.

Elissa is a Property Lawyer in our conveyancing department. Elissa started out as an Admin Apprentice in 2014 and she is now currently doing her CLC.

Elissa deals with enquiries, reports, and lenders, along with exchanging and completions.

Away from work, Elissa enjoys going to going to music festivals, skiing and spending time with her dog.

Jennifer is a Property Lawyer in the conveyancing department. She has an Undergraduate degree in History, a Graduate Diploma in Law and an LPC and Masters in Legal Practice.

Jennifer deals with Sale and Purchase transactions and running these until legal completion.

Away from work, Jennifer loves to bake.

Joseph is a Property Lawyer in the conveyancing department. He has a BA Honours in History. Joseph has been with us for 5 years and spent the last 3 in conveyancing.

Joseph’s job involves handling Sale and Purchase from allocation to completion while also following regulatory procedures and representing clients best interests.

Away from work, Joseph plays guitar. He also likes to stays active.

Lisa is a Property Lawyer and has been with us since 2017. She previously helped to run the physiotherapy department in a care home.

Lisa’s job involves amending and drafting contracts, requesting redemption statements, answering enquiries and dealing directly with customers.

Away from work, Lisa is a busy mum to four girls and she also plays the baritone in a brass band!

Megan is a Property Lawyer and has been with us since 2020. She has a First Class law graduate from the University of Chester and joined us straight from University.

Megan’s job involves amending and drafting contracts, requesting redemption statements, answering enquiries and dealing directly with customers.

Megan has a grade 5 in both Guitar and Piano.

Mollie is a Property Lawyer and has been working within a Law Practice since 2009, starting in Business Administration. Mollie has worked her way up and now runs her own team as well as doing her CLC.

Mollie currently deals with all types of sale properties and freehold purchasers.

Outside of work, Mollie enjoys socialising with friends and family, as well as going for walks.

Reed is one of our property lawyers. He is currently training to be a Licensed Conveyancer. He has spent 5 years working in Conveyancing Industry with 3 years at Property Search Group which undertook Conveyancing Searches.

Reed covers just sale and purchase transactions.

Outside of work, Reed enjoys snowboarding, football and the occasional round of golf.

Hayley is a Team Supervisor in our Remortgage team and has over 10 years in management.

Hayley supervises 4 Property Lawyers and 3 Legal Assistants in her team, and helps them achieve their targets.

Away from work, Hayley has 2 kittens to keep her busy. In her free time she enjoys swimming and is a member of RSPB.

Luke is a Remortgage Property Lawyer. Luke has almost 10 years of dealing with Remortgages and over 6 years as a Property Lawyer.

Luke deals with drafting legal documents such as transfer forms, statements of truth, deeds of postponements, setting files for completion and completing them.

Outside work, Luke enjoys football, cricket, films and dining out.

Tom is a Remortgage Property Lawyer. He joined us in 2020 with a Music Tech and Popular Music degree from the University of Huddersfield before completing a law conversion.

Tom is responsible for handling Remortgage files to completion and has over three years of experience of successfully handling complex remortgaging cases for clients. 

Away from work, Tom was part of a band that supported Mumford and Sons in 2013. 

Lucy is a Trainee Remortgage Property Lawyer. She joined after graduating with a 2:1 LLB degree in 2022 and she is currently doing her LPC and LLM part time.

Lucy is responsible for handling Re-Mortgage files up to completion.

Away from work, Lucy loves to shop, travel around and going out for meals.

Joanne is the Team Leader for our legal assistants. Joanne progressed in house, becoming one of our first graduates from the PM Property Lawyer training scheme.

Joanne is involved in training the legal assistants in different areas of conveyancing.

Away from work, Joanne plays the Tenor Horn in a brass band.

Carissa is a Senior Legal Assistant and has been a conveyancing assistant for almost 5 years.

Carissa deals with client questions and queries, chasing information to progress files and putting them through for completion.

Away from work, Carissa enjoys spending time with her family and her dog.

Ellie is a Senior Conveyancing Assistant and helps on sales and purchases. Ellie has a Bachelors of Arts with Second Class Honors in Criminology.

Ellie deals with sale enquiries, requesting source of funds, speaking to clients on a daily basis.

Away from work, Ellie follows Sheffield United up and down the country.

Jake is a Senior Conveyancing Assistant and helps on residential sale and purchase matters. Jake graduated in 2020 with an LLB Law Hons.

Jake assists with numerous aspects of the transaction, including, reviewing and drafting documentation.

Away from work, Jake loves everything nature and rugby.

Haajirah is a legal assistant for our Property Lawyers. She completed her LLB in 2021 and is currently completing her LPC.

Haajirah helps assist her Property Lawyer in both Sale and Purchase transactions.

In her spare time, Haajirah enjoys baking and sewing. She is also trying to learn a new language currently.

Isabella is a legal assistant for our Property Lawyers. She is recently an LLB Law Graduate and is embarking on her LPC LLM in 2024.

Isabella deals with numerous aspects of sale transactions including requesting redemption statements, drafting completion statements.

Away from work, Isabella is a keen off-road cyclist who competes up and down the country.

Jade is a legal assistant for our Property Lawyers. She graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with a Master of Laws in Legal Professional Practice in 2022.

Jade helps assist her Property Lawyer in both Sale and Purchase transactions, making sure good client care is kept throughout.

In her spare time, Jade enjoys Anime, gaming and days out with her family.

Azlena is a senior member of our New Business department. She has been with us since 2014 and has completed her Bachelor in Law.

Azlena is involved in all areas, including, Sales, Purchases and Re-Mortgages.

Outside work, Azlena enjoys watercolour painting, making candles and creating special gifts and hampers for her family and friends.

Jacob is a Re-Mortgage and Transfer assistant in the conveyancing department. Jacob achieved a law degree from Sheffield Hallam University in 2023

Jacob ensures files are kept up to date, drafting documents and communicating with clients.

Outside work, Jacob enjoys reading and also watching football.

Mollie is a Re-Mortgage and Transfer assistant in the conveyancing department. Mollie has been with us since 2020 and became an assistant in 2022.

Mollie is responsible for drafting documents for cases and making sure all files are kept up-to-date.

Away from work, Mollie enjoys travelling, as well as reading and writing.

Annie is a legal assistant for our Property Lawyers. She achieved her LLM in Legal Professional Practice in 2023.

Annie helps assist her property lawyer in both sale and purchase transactions.

Outside of work, Annie enjoys socialising with friends, and takes an interest in History

Sangiwe is a legal assistant for our Property Lawyers. She graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 2022 with a First Class Honours in Law with Criminology.

Sangiwe helps assist her property lawyer in both sale and purchase transactions.

Outside of work, Sangiwe enjoys going to the gym. She likes watching true crime documentaries and reading.

Courtney is a Legal Assistant in our  team. She graduated in 2022 with an LLB Honours in Law with Criminology from Sheffield Hallam University.

Courtney is involved in Sales and Purchases, and enjoys speaking with clients.

Away from work, Courtney enjoys socialising with her friends and going to the gym.

Daniella has over 5 years experience as an assistant.

Daniella assists the managing director and operations director with booking meeting and calls along with preparing documents.

Away from work, Daniella enjoys shopping and days out.

Daniel has worked in an administrative role for 2 years, and as a manager for 1 year.

Daniel is responsible for managing the New Business Team and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Daniel assists the team with any queries, providing feedback and training the team on aspects of their role.

Away from work, Daniel enjoys the piano, reading and playing board games.

Jessica is an assistant in our admin team. She graduated from the University of Huddersfield with a degree in Sociology and Criminology in 2023

Jessica is involved in collecting IDs, armalytix and also completing due diligence checks.

Away from work, Jessica enjoys listening to live music.

Ryan is a team leader in the Post Completion team. Ryan has an LLB Law and an LLM in International Sports Law in Practice.

Ryan job involves, dealing with Stamp duty returns, submitting Registrations to HM Land Registry and other general post completion work.

Away from work, Ryan watches Rotherham United, and enjoys live music and golf.

Hannah is part of our Post Completion Team. She has obtained a Level 2 Diploma in Air Cabin Crew and a BTEC level 3 in Aviation Operations.

Hannah deals with Purchases, Re-Mortgages and also Transfer of Equity. She makes sure that transactions are submitted on time for the client.

In her spare time, she likes spending time with her dog and she is currently training to earn her private pilots licence.

Paul joins the Technical Team with over 40 years in conveyancing: including case handling, technical title checks, managing teams and mentoring of legal staff.

Paul is responsible for supporting the technical team on a day to day basis.

Paul is a father of two and a grandfather of three. In his spare time Paul enjoys following his football team, Liverpool FC.

Greg is part of the conveyancing Technical team. He has over 39 years of experience in residential property, qualifying as a solicitor in 1984.

Greg is responsible for giving technical support to legal, post-completion and admin teams including sign-offs.

In his spare time, Greg enjoys, spending time with his family, going to church, music and walking.

Lisa is part of our Technical Team. Joining PM Property Lawyers with 20 years experience in Conveyancing.

Lisa deals with case handling and technical work.

Outside of work, Lisa has a young son and a dog named Mabel, both keep her extremely busy. But she is also a season ticket holder at Bradford FC and spends most of her holidays on the East Coast of the country in her holiday home.

Ria is a Solicitor with 10 years conveyancing experience.

As part of her role Ria undertakes case handling and assisting trainees in more technical tasks.

Outside of work Ria is an avid horse enthusiast and enjoys nothing more than riding her own horse in the UK countryside.
