Tracy Harding
Tracy is the Managing Director of PM Property Lawyers. Tracy has 17 years management experience within the legal industry.
Tracy works closely with the senior management team to ensure we have the right systems, policies and procedures in place to deliver the best service we can to our clients.
Outside of work, Tracy enjoys looking after her peacocks.
Richard Sawtell
Before joining PM Property Lawyers, Richard held senior positions L&G and Alliance & Leicester as well as working with global law firms to improve their processes.
Richard works with his team to develop better ways of working for ourselves and also our clients.
Outside of work, Richard enjoys amateur dramatics and has played roles in a number of productions.
Charlotte Surplice
Charlotte completed her MA Law and LPC at the University of Sheffield, joining PM in 2009. She is a Solicitor and Licensed Conveyancer and has held roles such as Conveyancing Team Manager, and Senior Legal Support Manager, before becoming Associate Director.
Charlotte oversees supervision, risk management, and the operational and technical performance of the business, ensuring timely legal advice and meeting client expectations.
Away from work, Charlotte loves a shopping spree, cooking, and going for walks with her French bulldog.
Reece Suter
Reece is a Solicitor and Licensed Conveyancer specialising in the sale and purchase of businesses and commercial premises.
Reece’s primary role is to oversee and supervise its Commercial Property Department, however he also acts for clients directly on more complex and technical matters.
Prior to his current role, Reece has held several senior management positions within the business. He completed his LLB law degree at Sheffield Hallam University and undertook the LPC at the University of Sheffield.
Outside of work, Reece is a food fanatic, enjoying local food festivals and restaurants.
Karen Castrignano
Karen is a senior manager with 20 years of management experience and has been with us since 2016.
Karen is responsible for the new business and administration team. Her main focus is on driving new business and ensuring we deliver a high level of customer service.
Away from work, Karen enjoys spending time with her family.
Lisa Hardy
Lisa is a Team Leader and has been with us since 2017. She previously helped to run the physiotherapy department in a care home.
Lisa’s job involves supervision of one of the legal teams comprised of Lawyers and Legal Assistants and day to day management of the same ensuring a quality service is provided and KPI’s are met.
Away from work, Lisa is a busy mum to four girls and she also plays the baritone in a brass band.
Michelle Naylor
Michelle has over 30 years of experience working in the conveyancing industry, including as a receptionist, secretary, senior assistant, and fee earner.
Michelle manages a team of conveyancers and assists members within the team to ensure that their work meets the SLAs required of them.
Away from work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family, as well as venturing out abroad.
Kay Liddle
Kay is a Senior Property Lawyer and has been with us since 2015. She has more than 30 years of experience in conveyancing.
Kay is involved in organising our busy team and also runs a complex caseload of predominantly sale and purchase files but also enjoys working on cases a little out of the ordinary.
Away from work, Kay enjoys socialising, swimming, sewing crafts and discovering new places.
Laura Shaw
Laura graduated in 2017 with a Law degree and also in 2019 from her Masters and LPC. Laura then qualified as a solicitor in February 2022.
Laura is responsible for various aspects within conveyancing, including, freehold, leasehold, new build, shared ownership and right to buy.
Outside of work, Laura enjoys socialising with friends and family.
Amy Hobson
Amy is a Property Lawyer in our conveyancing department. Amy joined PM Property Lawyers in 2018 and is currently studying doing a CLC apprenticeship to become a Licensed Conveyancer.
Amy deals predominantly deals with Remortgage and Transfer of Equity cases and enjoys the complex matters her caseload often brings.
Outside of work, Amy enjoys badminton, yoga, cinema and socialising with friends.
Donna Cutts
Donna is a Property Lawyer in our conveyancing department. Donna has an LLB in Criminology and Law (Hons).
Donna is involved in all the aspects of conveyancing, dealing with different files on a day to day basis.
Away from work, Donna loves all things motorbikes.
Elissa Parkin
Elissa is a Property Lawyer in our conveyancing department. Elissa started out as an Admin Apprentice in 2014 and she is now currently doing her CLC.
Elissa deals with enquiries, reports, and lenders, along with exchanging and completions.
Away from work, Elissa enjoys going to going to music festivals, skiing and spending time with her dog.
Jennifer Turton
Jennifer is a Property Lawyer and trainee solicitor in the conveyancing department. She has an Undergraduate degree in History, a Graduate Diploma in Law and an LPC and Masters in Legal Practice.
Jennifer deals with Sale and Purchase transactions and running these until legal completion.
Away from work, Jennifer loves to bake.
Joseph Wright
Joseph is a Property Lawyer in the conveyancing department. He has a BA Honours in History. Joseph has been with us for over 5 years and has progressed throughout the conveyancing department.
Joseph’s job involves handling sale and purchase transactions from allocation to completion while also following regulatory procedures and representing clients best interests.
Away from work, Joseph plays guitar. He also likes to stays active.
Mollie Lancaster
Mollie is a Property Lawyer and has been working within a Law Practice since 2009, starting in Business Administration. She has now completed her CLC Level 4 and will continue her studies to become a licensed conveyancer.
Mollie currently deals with all types of sale properties and freehold purchasers.
Outside of work, Mollie enjoys hitting the gym, socialising with friends and family, as well as going for walks.
Sophie O’Shea
Sophie started as a legal assistant in 2018 before progressing to a property lawyer.
Sophie deals with various aspects of the transaction, including, liaising with clients, solicitors, and estate agents, ensuring a swift transaction.
Outside of work, Sophie is a part time drummer where she plays in band, regularly at festivals.
Jake Berriman
Jake is a Property Lawyer and graduated in 2020 with an LLB Law Hons She has now completed her CLC Level 4 and will continue her studies to become a Licenced Conveyancer.
Jake deals with all aspects of the conveyancing transaction, from instruction to completion.
Away from work, Jake loves everything nature and rugby.
Reed Vallance-Owen
Reed is one of our property lawyers in the Commercial Property Department and is currently training to be a Licensed Conveyancer. He has spent 6 years working in the conveyancing industry with 3 years at Property Search Group.
Reed covers a range of files from sale and purchases to complex trust and company matters.
Outside of work, Reed enjoys trips to the cinema, playing football and travelling.
Annie Milner
Annie achieved her LLM in Legal Professional Practice in 2023.
Having progressed from being a Legal Assistant she is a Property Lawyer for those that are selling their properties. Clients have praised Annie for her communication during their case.
Outside of work, Annie enjoys socialising with friends, and takes an interest in History
Hayley Meadows
Hayley is a Team Supervisor in our technical team and has over 10 years in management.
Hayley supervises and manages the workload of the Technical Lawyers to ensure that their work meets the SLA’s required of them.
Away from work, Hayley has 2 kittens to keep her busy. In her free time she enjoys swimming and is a member of RSPB.
Joanne Darwin
Joanne is a Team Leader within the conveyancing department. Joanne progressed in house, becoming one of our first graduates from the PM Property Lawyer training scheme.
Joanne is involved in coaching and mentoring the lawyers and legal assistants in her team in different areas of conveyancing.
Away from work, Joanne plays the Tenor Horn in a brass band.
Ben Mellors
Ben is a senior assistant in our Commercial Property Department and he graduated with his Bachelor of Laws in 2021 from the University of Winchester. Ben is currently completing his LPC LLM and he is one of our future trainee solicitors.
Ben assists the Associate Director on sale and purchase cases for commercial property.
In his spare time Ben enjoys watching football and supports Northampton Town.
Haajirah Nawaz
Haajirah is a legal assistant for our Property Lawyers. She completed her LLB in 2021 and is currently completing her LPC.
Haajirah helps assist her Property Lawyer in both Sale and Purchase transactions.
In her spare time, Haajirah enjoys baking and sewing. She is also trying to learn a new language currently.
Kassandra Sutton
Kassandra is a legal assistant for our Property Lawyers. She has completed her LLB and is excited to further her knowledge and experience in conveyancing.
Kassandra currently assists Elissa in managing her case load, dealing with the day-to-day duties of providing support to the file handler.
Kiana Hannon
Kiana is a legal assistant for our Property Lawyers. After graduating in 2020 from college she began working as a paralegal in Boston, Massachusetts learning transferrable skills which she has adapted into the English Legal system.
In her spare time, Kiana enjoys Muay Thai, and Jiu Jitsu and spends time with her partner.
Isabella Broome
Isabella is a legal assistant for our Property Lawyers. She is recently an LLB Law Graduate and embarked on her LPC LLM in 2024.
Isabella deals with numerous aspects of sale and purchase transactions including requesting redemption statements, and drafting completion statements.
Away from work, Isabella is a keen off-road cyclist who competes up and down the country.
Karine Goguen
Karine is a legal assistant for our Property Lawyers. In 2022, Karine achieved an LLB Law Graduate and has her graduation pending for her LPC & LLM.
Day-to-day, Karine assists her property lawyer with on-going transactions at every stage of the property journey.
Away from work Karine enjoys doing graphic design.
Jade Palmer
Jade is a legal assistant for our Property Lawyers. She graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with a Master of Laws in Legal Professional Practice in 2022.
Jade helps assist her Property Lawyer in both Sale and Purchase transactions, making sure good client care is kept throughout.
In her spare time, Jade enjoys Anime, gaming and days out with her family.
Jacob Loveless
Jacob is a sale property lawyer in the conveyancing department. Jacob achieved a law degree from Sheffield Hallam University in 2023
Jacob ensures files are kept up to date, drafting documents and communicating with clients.
Outside work, Jacob enjoys reading and also watching football and spending time with his son.
Mollie Jones
Mollie is an assistant in our admin team. Mollie has been with us since 2020 and is responsible for the initial client communication and updating cases and making sure all files are kept up-to-date.
Away from work, Mollie enjoys travelling, as well as reading and writing.
Sangiwe Mbele
Sangiwe is a legal assistant in our Commercial Property Department. She holds a First Class Honours degree in Law with Criminology and is one of our future trainee solicitors.
Sangiwe helps assist her property lawyer on a range of complex matters for both sale and purchase transactions.
Outside of work, Sangiwe enjoys going to the gym. She likes watching true crime documentaries and reading.
Godwin Okolocha
Godwin is a legal assistant in the Conveyancing team, after graduating in 2022 from the University of Sheffield.
In Godwin’s role, he assists with performing a smooth and efficient transition for clients.
Outside of work, Godwin enjoys being outside and experiencing different wildlife. He also enjoys doing yoga.
Konstantina Lamprou
Konstantina joined an assistant in our post completion team after graduating from the University of Sheffield in 2024.
Konstantina is responsible for the administration of all post completion procedures, including land registry applications, SDLT tax return submissions and completing deed returns.
Outside of work, Konstantina plays volleyball competitively, she also likes meeting up with friends and spending time outside.
Megan Otter
Megan graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 2022 with a First-Class Law Degree.
Megan assists with fast-paced property transactions such as New Builds and Auctions as well as the wider conveyancing transactions.
Outside of work, Megan enjoys dancing and has been doing so since 2003, and she still has weekly lessons.
Olivia Thawley
Olivia is a conveyancing legal assistant in the Conveyancing department. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from the University of Sheffield in 2021.
Olivia assists in dealing with residential sales and purchase transactions ensuring a quality service is delivered to all customers.
Outside work, Olivia is part of a band that played on the BBC Introducing Stage at Tramlines in 2021.
Hannah Thompson
Hannah is a legal assistant in our Conveyancing Team. She has obtained a Level 2 Diploma in Air Cabin Crew and a BTEC level 3 in Aviation Operations.
Hannah deals with both residential sales and purchases.
In her spare time, she likes spending time with her dog and she is currently training to earn her private pilots licence.
Ryan Meadowcroft
Ryan is a legal assistant in our conveyancing team. He obtained an LLB and a LLM from Sheffield Hallam University. Ryan joined PM in 2021 where he started in the post-completion team. He then left in September 2024 before re-joining in November 2024.
Ryan’s helps keep transactions progressing smoothly by assisting property lawyers.
Outside of work, Ryan likes his sport by watching Rotherham United and playing golf.
Paul Keeble
Paul is a fundamental part of the technical team with over 40 years in conveyancing: including case handling, technical title checks, managing teams and mentoring of legal staff.
Paul is responsible for supporting the technical team on technical matters.
Paul is a father of two and a grandfather of three. In his spare time Paul enjoys following his football team, Liverpool FC.
Gregory Nettleship
Greg is part of the conveyancing Technical team. He has over 40 years of experience in residential property, qualifying as a solicitor in 1984.
Greg is responsible for giving technical support to legal, post-completion and admin teams including file reviews.
In his spare time, Greg enjoys, spending time with his family, going to church, music and walking.
Lisa Bramham
Lisa is part of our Technical Team. Joining PM Property Lawyers with 20 years experience in Conveyancing.
Lisa deals with case handling and technical work.
Outside of work, Lisa has a young son and a dog named Mabel, both keep her extremely busy. But she is also a season ticket holder at Bradford FC and spends most of her holidays on the East Coast of the country in her holiday home.
Ria McQuaide
Ria is a Solicitor with over 10 years conveyancing experience.
As part of her role Ria undertakes case handling and assisting trainees in more technical tasks.
Outside of work Ria is an avid horse enthusiast and enjoys nothing more than riding her own horse in the UK countryside.
Asma Khan
Asma is a qualified solicitor with over 5 years of experience in residential conveyancing.
As part of her role, Asma checks files for Conveyancers ensuring that any risk to the firm is eliminated or minimised.
Outside of work Asma enjoys baking, swimming and long walks.
Daniella Stokes
Daniella has over 5 years experience as an assistant.
Daniella assists the managing director and operations director with booking meeting and calls along with preparing documents.
Away from work, Daniella enjoys shopping and days out.
Sarah Keyworth
Sarah has worked in the administration team coming up 4 years, starting as an assistant and working up to a senior role and now a team leader.
Sarah ensures that the administration team are working to company policies and procedures and adhering to company SLA times.
Away from work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family.
Jordan Siddall
Jordan graduated from university in 2023 with a BA Hons LLB Law Degree. During this time Jordan also got involved in the Lincoln Law Clinic.
Jordan handles admin related work on new files, this includes completing due diligence, requesting contract draft papers and communicating with clients.
Jessica Heraghty
Jessica is an assistant in our admin team. She graduated from the University of Huddersfield with a degree in Sociology and Criminology in 2023
Jessica is involved in collecting IDs, armalytix and also completing due diligence checks.
Away from work, Jessica enjoys listening to live music.
Daniel Blackburn
Daniel has worked in an administrative role for 2 years, and as a manager for 1 year.
Daniel is responsible for managing the New Business Team and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Daniel assists the team with any queries, providing feedback and training the team on aspects of their role.
Away from work, Daniel enjoys the piano, reading and playing board games.
Ellie Clarke
Ellie previously worked in marketing, after graduating from university with a BA in English and American Studies.
Ellie currently works in the new business team where she provides conveyancing quotes and acts as the first point of contact for clients.
Outside of work, Ellie enjoys socialising with friends, reading and travelling.
June Allen
June has over 30 years of experience in Customer Service.
June works in the New Business Department and she is the first point of contact for clients when it comes to buying or selling their home.
Outside of work, June enjoys travelling and socialising with friends and family. June likes to keep fit and do exercise classes, swimming and running.
Jack Stevens
Jack was previously in the HM Armed Forces before joining PM Property Lawyers as a sales executive.
Jack is the first point of contact for new clients, dealing with quotes and any questions or concerns clients may have when it comes to dealing with their property transaction.
Away from work, Jack enjoys spending time with his family and socialising with friends.
James Fairchild
James has done a degree in sports fitness and coaching before joining PM Property lawyers as a sales executive.
James is involved in the new business team where he deals with quotes, contacting clients and helping set up files.
Away from work, James enjoys watching and playing football.
Corey Sargant
Corey has operated in customer service for the past 12 months, prior to which he graduated with a BA Hons in international business management.
Corey is involved in the new business team where he deals with quotes and contacting clients about starting their property journey.
Outside of work, Corey enjoys all kinds of sports as well as drawing.
Saul Robertson
Saul has recently finished college doing digital media and photography and is now in our new business team.
Within the new business team, Saul deals with quotes and also contact clients about starting their property journey.
Outside of work, Saul enjoys socialising with friends as well as playing rugby.
