Meet The Team

Before joining PM Property Lawyers, Richard held senior positions L&G and Alliance & Leicester as well as working with global law firms to improve their processes.

Richard works with his team to develop better ways of working for ourselves and also our clients.

Outside of work, Richard enjoys amateur dramatics and has played roles in a number of productions.

Reece is a Solicitor and Licensed Conveyancer specialising in the sale and purchase of businesses and commercial premises.

Reece’s primary role is to oversee and supervise its Commercial Property Department, however he also acts for clients directly on more complex and technical matters.

Prior to his current role, Reece has held several senior management positions within the business. He completed his LLB law degree at Sheffield Hallam University and undertook the LPC at the University of Sheffield.

Karen is a senior manager with 20 years of management experience and has been with us since 2016.

Karen is responsible for the new business and administration team. Her main focus is on driving new business and ensuring we deliver a high level of customer service.

Away from work, Karen enjoys spending time with her family.

Laura graduated in 2017 with a Law degree and also in 2019 from her Masters and LPC. Laura then qualified as a solicitor in February 2022.

Laura is responsible for various aspects within conveyancing, including, freehold, leasehold, new build, shared ownership and right to buy.

Outside of work, Laura enjoys socialising with friends and family.

Amy is a Property Lawyer in our conveyancing department. Amy joined PM Property Lawyers in 2018 and is currently studying doing a CLC apprenticeship to become a Licensed Conveyancer.

Amy deals with al aspects of the conveyancing transaction, from instruction, through to completion.

Outside of work, Amy enjoys badminton, yoga, cinema and socialising with friends.

Sophie started as a legal assistant in 2018 before progressing to a property lawyer, where she is now a team leader. Sophie is also currently studying her CILEx Law and Practice certificate.

Sophie deals with various aspects of the transaction, including, liaising with clients, solicitors, and estate agents, ensuring a swift transaction.

Outside of work, Sophie is a part time drummer where she plays in band, regularly at festivals.

Reed is one of our property lawyers in the Commercial Property Department and is currently training to be a Licensed Conveyancer. He has spent 6 years working in the conveyancing industry with 3 years at Property Search Group.

Reed covers a range of files from sale and purchases to complex trust and company matters.

Outside of work, Reed enjoys trips to the cinema, playing football and travelling.

Jack qualified as a solicitor in November 2022 after completing his LPC with the University of Law in 2020.

Jack’s main focus is assisting business clients fulfil their business needs. Whether that be purchasing new commercial property, renewing or starting a new lease, or buying or selling a business – Jack has got you covered. He prides himself on providing businesses with effective, efficient legal advice as their business needs change.

Hayley is a Team Supervisor in our Remortgage team and has over 10 years in management.

Hayley supervises 4 Property Lawyers and 3 Legal Assistants in her team, and helps them achieve their targets.

Away from work, Hayley has 2 kittens to keep her busy. In her free time she enjoys swimming and is a member of RSPB.

Joanne is a Team Leader within the conveyancing department. Joanne progressed in house, becoming one of our first graduates from the PM Property Lawyer training scheme.

Joanne is involved in training the legal assistants in different areas of conveyancing.

Away from work, Joanne plays the Tenor Horn in a brass band.

Jade is a legal assistant for our Property Lawyers. She graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with a Master of Laws in Legal Professional Practice in 2022.

Jade helps assist her Property Lawyer in both Sale and Purchase transactions, making sure good client care is kept throughout.

In her spare time, Jade enjoys Anime, gaming and days out with her family.

Mollie is a Re-Mortgage and Transfer assistant in the conveyancing department. Mollie has been with us since 2020 and became an assistant in 2022.

Mollie is responsible for drafting documents for cases and making sure all files are kept up-to-date.

Away from work, Mollie enjoys travelling, as well as reading and writing.

Annie is a legal assistant for our Property Lawyers. She achieved her LLM in Legal Professional Practice in 2023.

Annie helps assist her property lawyer in both sale and purchase transactions.

Outside of work, Annie enjoys socialising with friends, and takes an interest in History

Olivia is a conveyancing legal assistant in the Conveyancing department. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from the University of Sheffield in 2021.

Olivia assists Sophie, one of the property lawyers here at PMPL, dealing with residential sales and purchases.

Outside work, Olivia is part of a band that played on the BBC Introducing Stage at Tramlines in 2021.

Hannah is part of our Conveyancing Team. She has obtained a Level 2 Diploma in Air Cabin Crew and a BTEC level 3 in Aviation Operations.

Hannah deals with both residential sales and purchases.

In her spare time, she likes spending time with her dog and she is currently training to earn her private pilots licence.

Paul joins the Technical Team with over 40 years in conveyancing: including case handling, technical title checks, managing teams and mentoring of legal staff.

Paul is responsible for supporting the technical team on a day to day basis.

Paul is a father of two and a grandfather of three. In his spare time Paul enjoys following his football team, Liverpool FC.

Greg is part of the conveyancing Technical team. He has over 39 years of experience in residential property, qualifying as a solicitor in 1984.

Greg is responsible for giving technical support to legal, post-completion and admin teams including sign-offs.

In his spare time, Greg enjoys, spending time with his family, going to church, music and walking.

Lisa is part of our Technical Team. Joining PM Property Lawyers with 20 years experience in Conveyancing.

Lisa deals with case handling and technical work.

Outside of work, Lisa has a young son and a dog named Mabel, both keep her extremely busy. But she is also a season ticket holder at Bradford FC and spends most of her holidays on the East Coast of the country in her holiday home.

Ria is a Solicitor with 10 years conveyancing experience.

As part of her role Ria undertakes case handling and assisting trainees in more technical tasks.

Outside of work Ria is an avid horse enthusiast and enjoys nothing more than riding her own horse in the UK countryside.

Asma is a qualified solicitor with over 5 years of experience in residential conveyancing.

As part of her role, Asma checks files for Conveyancers ensuring that any risk to the firm is eliminated or minimised.

Outside of work Asma enjoys baking, swimming and long walks.

Jordan graduated from university in 2023 with a BA Hons LLB Law Degree. During this time Jordan also got involved in the Lincoln Law Clinic.

Jordan handles admin related work on new files, this includes completing due diligence, requesting contract draft papers and communicating with clients.

Jessica is an assistant in our admin team. She graduated from the University of Huddersfield with a degree in Sociology and Criminology in 2023

Jessica is involved in collecting IDs, armalytix and also completing due diligence checks.

Away from work, Jessica enjoys listening to live music.

Daniel has worked in an administrative role for 2 years, and as a manager for 1 year.

Daniel is responsible for managing the New Business Team and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Daniel assists the team with any queries, providing feedback and training the team on aspects of their role.

Away from work, Daniel enjoys the piano, reading and playing board games.

Ellie previously worked in marketing, after graduating from university with a BA in English and American Studies.

Ellie currently works in the new business team where she provides conveyancing quotes and acts as the first point of contact for clients.

Outside of work, Ellie enjoys socialising with friends, reading and travelling.

June has over 30 years of experience in Customer Service.

June works in the New Business Department and she is the first point of contact for clients when it comes to buying or selling their home.

Outside of work, June enjoys travelling and socialising with friends and family. June likes to keep fit and do exercise classes, swimming and running.

Jack was previously in the HM Armed Forces before joining PM Property Lawyers as a sales executive.

Jack is the first point of contact for new clients, dealing with quotes and any questions or concerns clients may have when it comes to dealing with their property transaction.

Away from work, Jack enjoys spending time with his family and socialising with friends.

James has done a degree in sports fitness and coaching before joining PM Property lawyers as a sales executive.

James is involved in the new business team where he deals with quotes, contacting clients and helping set up files.

Away from work, James enjoys watching and playing football.

Corey has operated in customer service for the past 12 months, prior to which he graduated with a BA Hons in international business management.

Corey is involved in the new business team where he deals with quotes and contacting clients about starting their property journey.

Outside of work, Corey enjoys all kinds of sports as well as drawing.

Saul has recently finished college doing digital media and photography and is now in our new business team.

Within the new business team, Saul deals with quotes and also contact clients about starting their property journey.

Outside of work, Saul enjoys socialising with friends as well as playing rugby.
